BT Rewards voucher

I picked up a 20GB BT sim card for £16 per month as an existing customer on the 25th October. 

The deal was advertised together with a £90 amazon voucher. 

I claimed the voucher on the 22nd of November and have not heard anything back since then.

Can anyone assist?
