The problems are actually from the Migration team to the residential team, maybe a little bit of the business lot too. a total lack of internal communication and failure to work interdepartmentally
Because they are two separate businesses, it does not surprise me that you are having problems. Although the forum moderation team only deal with residential, they do have the ability to contact the business people, and will take ownership of the problem, as well as keeping you updated.
In my opinion, they are still the best people to sort this all out. I think you will find that other forum members will agree with me.
