My husband has had a problem with the security of his email since before Christmas - if he changes his password, BT/Yahoo sends out an email to him and to another email address. The technicians keep on trying to solve it/say they have solved it, but he has changed the password at least ten times with no results. Now we are getting phonecalls from an Indian call center (loads of noise in the background), supposedly from Microsoft, saying he has downloaded malware from the Internet. I have reported this to a BT supervisor, but have had two phonecalls from an India this morning. Doesn't say much for BT's security!! I thought I would warn other people about the crank phonecalls.
