I had one delivered last week. The IMEI had to be manually input on the system since it would NOT synchronise automatically. It has been running with the full green light for four days and provides a superb signal round the house. I would suggest you forget about successive waits of 24 hours and go straight to BT mobile techs. It worked for me.
I think they have stopped the service now....
