Re: BT Signal Assist - Support

I believe you need to activate the box first which you can only do on EE (and then it'll stay working for your number when you move)??

He EE signal box does need to be activated before you move to BT and I found that when I moved to BT and the account closed the box did too.

The EE box is linked to your account and a postal area for routing.

I had one delivered last week. The IMEI had to be manually input on the system since it would NOT synchronise automatically. It has been running with the full green light for four days and provides a superb signal round the house. I would suggest you forget about successive waits of 24 hours and go straight to BT mobile techs. It worked for me.
