Not sure how best to deal with this. I ordered an upgrade on my plan to increase my data allowance from 2Gb to 4Gb. Instead of a simple upgrade as I was expecting, I now find that BT have sent a new SIM with a new number and added it to my existing account with the additional costs as well. So I now have 2 SIMs !!!
I simply followed the online instructions (or so I thought) and the end result is chaos.
Can anyone advise how I cancel the new SIM which is not required and ensure that the requested upgrade is applied to my existing number only.
@annerayment sorry about that, it sounds like an new order was placed rather than an upgrade. If you get in touch with the BT Mobile chat team on this link they should be able to help you get this sorted.
