John, I have regularly been restarting my SH2 in the mornings as I find that Outlook receives but does not send. A reboot fixes this for a time during the day, and then I sometimes again I get the freeze on sending.
My firmware is v0.26.03.01286-BT (Thu Jan 28 17:38:02 2021)
Any thoughts please?

restarting your hub daily will have an adverse effect on your connection speed with noise margin increasing and speed reducing as DLM sees line as unstable
Have you tried a different third party email like thunderbird and see if that solves your email problem
Hi @NigelB143, thanks for posting and I've moved your post to the email board as it does not sound like the same issue with communicating with other devices on wifi. So I'm not sure what could be causing this problem with outlook and maybe some of the other members might have an idea.
If it is the Hub then the replacement should resolve the issue.
