Yeah did a factory reset the other day and smart setup disabled straight away

I've had 5 Smart Hubs, all failed. Back on a home hub 5.
My first one worked fine until the November firmware update, since then all have failed the same way, a few days after updating to the latest firmware from the pre loaded May 2016 version the hub becomes unresponsive eventually leading to a flashing green (sometimes with purple) and won't even factory reset.

The Smart Hub is a dud

I've admitted defeat on it and ordered a non BT replacement from Scan.

 

im having the same problem the hub it's self stops responding can't even access 192.168.1.254 until it reboots so can't just be a dropout on the phone line. It was fine until the firmware update of a few weeks ago.
