BT Smart Hub Drop Outs

My BT Smart Hub drops out so frequently I can't get internet access with my Microsoft Surface Pro 4... The dreaded yellow triangle. However if I revert to my BT Hub 5 internet access resume with no issues. The strange thing is, my mobile seems to connect fine with both Hubs.... Please help....

Did you separate the networks by moving switch to on/yes

 

did you try changing the mode from 1 to 2

got into the Hub settings and changing the mode from 1 to 2 done the job....Very Grateful....Happy Days...
