BT Smart Hub Error Logs
Hi,
I wonder if anybody technical call tell me if anything can be deduced from the BT Smart Hub 6 error logs, regarding my line dropping anywhere between 3 - 25 times a day. All possible checks done my end, master socket, filter etc, listened for noise etc. It's the actual line, rather than the WiFi, and I was wondering if any events or reasons will be logged in the Smart Hub records, that may help me work out why the line is dropping?

Sorry to hear that your connection is dropping. If you have done all the home checks it would be best to call 0800 800 150 or tweet @BTUK to get a fault raised so we can test the connection.
