Hey! Weird one this. The admin dashboard for my Smart Hub (192.168.1.254) locks up every single browser/device I try it on: Safari, Chrome, iOS... everything.
The internet connection is fine and responds to pings just fine. It's just the admin dashboard that locks up every browser/device I try, requring me to force quit the browser every time.
Tried loading the page with extensions disabled too. No luck!
Exactly the same issue here, in fact in my case it would cause the hub to enter a reboot loop.
I ended up getting a replacement Hub sent out as myself and support couldn't even get it to behave long enough for a factory reset. The new one has been fine for the past few weeks, but it seems like a firmware issue, so I imagine it will keep cropping up until an update is released...
A moderator has stated here that there is a known issue which will be fixed in the next update. Not sure when that is though! Hope this helps.
