I woke up today with such a strange issue - I have searched far and wide to fix this issue but cannot get to the bottom of it.
I am using Bt Smart hub type A and have done so for the last 2 years without any issues.
The blue light on the router is solid, the router admin page shows that broadband is connected.
I can connect fine to the network with my apple iphone but all 3 windows laptops in the house do no connect, the SSID shows but when connecting it says "No internet, secured".
Just to confirm everything was working fine before today and I have not touched any settings.
The strangest thing is that my iphone connects to the wifi fine but just any windows laptops?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting about your problems, it's certainly a strange one. Have you tried resetting the hub? How do I reset my BT Hub to its factory settings will show you how. If that doesn't help post back and let us know what you've tried at your side to try and fix tthis.
