Hi BT team,
We have a 'BT Smart 5" Video Baby Monitor'
I have the BT Smart Controls app installed on my iPhone and so does my wife.
We both have the exact same problem which is that every couple of times the app is opened it asks you to log in again. Why can't it remember the login details?
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, wiped my phone and re-installed. - No change in behaviour.
As a baby monitor it's excruciatingly annoying that the app forgets the login username and password pretty much every 3rd time I open it.
If I just had the camera without the 5" video I'd have returned this months ago in an effort to control my blood pressure.
Any help from members appreciated too.
