Re: BT SmartHub 2 Smart Setup

Go to solution

Unbelievably, BT Technical Support didn't mention the MyBT App! They were asking me to login via the browser. I will re-install the SmartHub 2 and try this route (Firmware requirements noted).

you can still turn 2.4 or 5ghz  off or on in hub using browser and save the changes  you don't need the app for that but you do need app for parental controls

In that case it would seem like a browser issue, perhaps try a different web browser?

Its sounds like a lot of extra effort for nothing, if your HH6 works fine, and you are not interested in the BT Complete Wifi Solution, which the smart hub 2 was intended for.
