BT SmartHub 6 replacement

I spoke to CS this morning after my SmartHub6 died on me (not even a week old), Ive not had any email confirmation of the replacement also nothing showing on my account. Is this normal as when i called in first i called back after not getting an email to confirm the replacment and was told the order was cannceled.

 

So not exactly trusting what customer service is having to say.

Hi there, my replacement turned up in a few days, worked and I returned the old one. All done in less than a week.
