My BT SmartHub has frozen on the green startup light, wont respond to factory-reset pin press.
Am using old HH5 for now however would like my Smart Hub replaced due to being faulty.
This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. You will need to contact BT and report a fault.
But they won't intervene with a simple problem until normal channels have been exhausted.
