I have not been able to use my BT smarttalk app since I updated it in Feb 2016. Spoken to BT smarttalk on a few occasions - I have uninstalled, reinstalled, stopped service, re-registered....!!! To no avail. I am using the same mobile device/number, an android 4.4.2. I am getting quite fed up ringing Bt smarttalk as nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced problems with the app and any sugguestions? Thanks.
Also, is the previous app still available somewhere to download?!! Thanks.
