BT Speed Checker not recording upload speed.

I am not sure which heading to post under. The BT Speed Checker has not bee recording the upload speed for 24 hours at least. I phoned BT faults but lady on phone did not know who to report the problem to.  Thought it might have something to do with site developers but couldn't help.  Who needs to know about this please?

Yes, same here. It was working fine a few days ago and showed download, upload, and ping data perfectly. Today it doesn't show upload.

It's such a shame, BT had recently updated the speed checker, and it looked much better than the old one. It doesn't inspire confidence does it?

I'll go back to using speedtest.net for my occasional checks.

Yes, I used Speedtest this morning. Took out a new contract with BT yesterday same price as old contract but now 58 - 73 Mbs with guarantee of 53 Mbs which is what I will probably get.
