Hi, I’m looking to get help with my BT TV which seems to be working on and off. I previously had BT Sport through Sky but decided to get BT TV to watch premier league games in 4K. I’m a fibre to the premises customer and my router is situated under the stairs around 10mtrs away from my TV. My Wi-fi speed in the area of the TV is around 300mbps when I’m doing a test on my phone and Apple TV. I bought the BT 600 Broadband Extender powerline adapters to use for the BT TV. However I’m only getting the BT Sports 4K channel now and again. I often have a message saying it cannot connect to the internet. If I plug an Ethernet cable directly to the router it works perfectly. Has anyone had similar experiences and can offer any advice? Thanks
