New too BT, I have had it for just under a week and it suffers with inconsistent motion blur when streaming. Trying to watch TUF and every time the camera angle swings I just see a blur. Anyone know a fix or experienced the same?
Blurring is often related to the speed of your connection, what sort of device is this on and is it connected to your hub by ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?
Could you confirm how you are watching the TUF ?
The BT TV (Youview Box) has the live/recordable BT Sport Channels from the EPG (Guide) and also the BT player that has catchup. Is this what you are using ?
or are you using the BT sport app on a device to stream/cast to your TV ?
It's on the youview box, using the catch up app. It is hardwired into the wireless plug device provided by BT. Thanks guys.
My first suspect would be the mini connectors. Is it at all possible to temporarily run an ethernet cable between the hub and the Youview box or, if not possible, move the Youview box nearer to the hub so that you can (just for troubleshooting purposes)
