BT Sport App Ultimate UHD error cc_k01

Recently subbed for 4k UHD Sport but I'm getting an error 

CC_K01

This error code doesn't appear in any known code searches, or this forum.

I'm casting from my Samsung Galaxy S10 to my Nvidia shield TV 2017 using the built in chromecast.

So long story short....

BT don't support Nvidia Shield Chromecast for 4k content, told to check/query this with Nvidia

Nvidia say check with BT Application devs. Full circle in two steps, guess 4K UHD on my set up is not an option for me then! No roadmap details so cannot see anything changing from both camps.

Hi @tintim, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. You need to have a Chromecast Ultra to be able to cast the BT Ultimate app in 4K.
