BT Sport App on Firestick. Live sport plays perfectly. Highlights playback is garbage.

As above, I use BT Sport app on Firestick. Live footbal games play perfectly, no issues whatsoever.

When I try to watch highlights the playback is unwatchable, stutters, terrible picture and ghosting.

Whats going on?

That's the opposite of any other reports we've received - live playback is normally the one that some devices struggle with.
Is it all highlights? Or just specific videos?

I only watch football, but any football highlights are unwatchable. Live games are perfect.
