I'm guessing it'll be some bigger-name Warren boxing events, and I wouldn't be surprised if some of the bigger UFC PPVs are shown too. I think a sensible idea would be for BT and ITV to team up so ITV Box Office boxing can be shown on this new channel. If only because everytime ITV BO show a PPV I notice a lot of complaints from people who have technical issues with ITV's current PPV delivery.
I suppose it's even possible BT and Sky could do a deal so Sky's big PPVs would get broadcast too, though I admit that's pretty unlikely!
