BT Sport - Entering the Twilight Zone

I have been trying to determine why I am paying the out of contract fee for BT Sport when I am convinced I recontracted online.  Communication with the Call Centre is getting me nowhere.  

 

I think I have recontracted but getting ny usefu info out of BT is proving impossible.
