Currently on the MAXHD pack, as not many people in the household seem too bothered about losing Alibi, W etc, i was going to plumb for the new flexible packages and order the BT Sport pack( especially as it seems on offer for £10 at the moment) we also already have an entertainment pass which i got direct from NOWTV, active until the end of October, i will think of ordering this package with BT nearer the time. I just done a "dummy" run of a order online, it tells me as if i have the extra box service (i do), there will be no need to add it again, going along with the "order" it also says you will need a new youview box (9.99 postage), the thing is, obviously, i have 2 already, 1 of which i only got last year and both seem to be working well, sure i do not NEED one again, is there any way of cancelling a new box or is this only possible by phoning my order to BT?
