BT Sport Monthly Pass purchase. Can’t log in. Account not recognised/activated.

Hello,

I purchased BT Sport Monthly Pass yesterday morning and unfortunately have not been able to log in. Bit of a shame as I was keen to watch the FA Cup and rugby this weekend. I have tried logging in on my smart tv, iPad and iPhone apps with no luck. 

The only email I have received from BT to verify my purchase is one titled “Confirm your BT.com email address”. I haven’t received anything further to suggest my account has been activated, or confirmation of payment/subscription etc. When can I expect my account activation confirmation?

Any ideas?

FYI - I do not have a BT Account as I have broadband, TV & phones with other providers. Is Monthly Pass just for BT Account holders only & if so how do I get my money back/cancel subscription?
