BT Sport Refund not credited

Hi

Just another No refund post 🙂

Ive had 1 credit back on 3rd Apr but nothing since

So far my bills have been :-

4th Mar - 3rd Apr :- £13.50

3rd Apr :- BT Sport Discount -£13.50 (This is the only record i have of this type)

4th Apr - 3rd May :- £13.50

4th May - 3rd June :- £13.50

Pretty sure i need at least 2 more "BT Sport Discount" so where are they?

Thank you for posting.

The way the BT Sport credit is shown depends on what date the bill was produced and when the credits were applied to the account.

In a lot of cases, the credits were applied after the bill was produced. The Direct Debit would have been amended and this means that the amount taken by direct debit would have been less than the amount stated on the bill. In those cases, the details of the credit are normally shown on the next bill.

When is your next bill due to be produced as you would probably see the details of the credit on that bill?

Ok next bill is due on 4th June so will wait and see

Just a bit confusing not to see the "BT Sport Discount" again... but yes i can see the actual amount at the bottom doesnt match whats shown above

I'll scan through the bank details as well, probably easier to just confirm that way 🙂

I went back through the last 2 months Direct Debit amounts direct from the bank and they do appear to have had the discount applied

So everything is good 🙂
