Problem has returned today though, and with a vengeance! Was ok yesterday.
Sorry. That is not true. BT Sport will not run on Safari, on my Mac. And I am running High Sierra!
Yes, resorted to using Chrome now. Sad to say BT take too long each time to correct the issue. The Techies must be a little slow on the uptake!
I had the same problem so I went to safari preferences clicked on websites and allowed pop ups on Bt Sport and I had no further problems getting BT sport on safari.
Just tried that. Didn't work for me.
I see the VC086 error still exists you can watch any video but if you try to watch anything that's live VC086 error always appears meanwhile I will continue watching BT Sport on another browser.
I have found a solution that has worked for me, after spending ages trying loads of things I deselected enable java script in safari preferences security tab which made all the web sites unusable, I then reselected enable java script and live bt sport was working fine.I have tried a number of times bt sport worked every time.
Just tried this three times. NO JOY!
The latest upgrade to Catalina, 10.15.3, 'seems' to have fixed this problem. 😀
Thanks. That works for me.
