BT Sport and BT Infinity Home Hub 2.0

I have BT Sport and am looking forward to using it. However, when I looked at it this morning, expecting to see something, there was no picture and a message saying that because I had BT Infinity Home Hub 2.0 there would be a problem with the picture. No-one at BT has warned me about this. Does this mean that I must obtain Home Hub 3 or above and will it cost me??

I'm not sure if a HH3 is needed or whether contacting BT and getting them to change something at their end will resolve the problem. I'm hunting out the customer services number now to call and find out.

Hi yes you need bt home hub 3 or above I contacted bt technical help who told me that the home hub 2 is not compatible with bt they sport sent me a replacement home hub 3 free and bingo bt sport.
