BT Sport channels have disappeared after box updated

Hi, Having lost bt sport channels,I retuned and managed to get 155 channels back.

But tere is a big gap chanel numbers go from 273 (sport available in...) to radio stations 701 etc

Where has my BT SPORT GONE?

I almost dare not suggest this but believe me I'm not trying to be funny.

The symptoms you describe suggest that you are watching off-air TV (Freeview), are you sure that your TV has switched to the (HDMI ?) input that your box is connected to. There should be a button on your TV remote and on your BT box remote for you to select the correct source.
