BT Sport extra channels in HD?

Hi

I subscribe to BT Sport channels on Sky but I pay Sky directly for this. I do have my broadband with BT.

The BT Sport extra channels available via the red button on my Sky box are only available in SD. Also, because I pay Sky for the BT Sport channels, I do not have access to the BT Sport app. Instead, I can watch the main BT Sport channels on Sky Go but this doesn't have the BT Sport extra channels.

This is really frustrating. Is there a way of me watching BT Sport extra channels in HD? 

If I paid BT for the channels, I would be able to get the BT Sport app and therefore see the extra channels in HD.

Is it possible for BT to either:

1) Show the BT Sport extra channels in HD via the red button on my Sky box?

2) Put the BT Sport extra channels in HD on the Sky Go app

3) Allow customers like myself who pay Sky for BT sport to have access to the BT Sport app. This surely would be easy to sort out.

I'd imagine if Sky were willing to let BT Sky Sports customers have access to their 4K feeds BT would reciprocate accordingly... Since this highly unlikely to happen, the best way to receive BT Sport is via the app directly from BT.
