BT Sport inc HD overcharged

Hello. On 14th August I recontracted to BT SPORT inc HD on SKY. I explained to the operator on the phone that I was no longer prepared to pay £36.49 per month inc HD. The operator kindly offered me a new deal for £16.99 per month, I asked more than once if that included HD and was told more than once that yes it did include HD. So I accepted on the basis that HD was included. I now find BT are charging me an extra £6.50 per month for HD. I've raised a complaint 11 days ago saying I want the price I agreed but as yet they haven't replied. What else can I do to get this sorted?
