On at least three occasions over the past year, my YouView box seems to have taken it upon itself to decide that I don't have an active subscription to BT Sport. I phoned support the first couple of times and spent forever on the phone whilst they attempted to work out what the problem was. Well, now it's happened again and I don't think I can face another call. If I'm being honest it doesn't bother me massively, as I rarely watch any of the sport channels and the iPhone and iPad apps still both work fine if I'm really desperate to see something. That being said, if anyone can shed any light on why exactly this keeps happening to me I'd love to know.
