I have activated my viewing card but still nothing on channels 58/59. Tried ringing the help desk but the phone keeps going dead after 5-10 minutes. Husband is fuming, totally rubbish customer service!!!!
Can't help with your problem, but I can assure you the line does go quiet when you are waiting for the help desk to answer so don't hang up. I am still hanging on the line after 1 hour waiting to speak to the 3rd person I've been bounced too.
I gave up this morning trying to get the viewing card activated. Tried on 16th too. I was told it would activate between 2-24 hours but still nothing.
