@robert8474 are you getting any error messages when you choose the BT sports channel on your TV?
Hi, eventually an error message comes up, can't remember which one, 60-- and says not connected to internet, then internet crashes and takes ages to get going again so fed up with trying. Have been on to BT and an engineer is coming out on tuesday after all tests fail to resolve issue. Latest idea is to turn everything off completely tonight and BT will try to boost signal from their end. Don't know how they do that but will give it a go and see what happens.
the error message is 6011. No change after latest attempt by BT to boost the signal. Waiting for the engineer.
Hi @robert8474
Thanks for posting back to let us know that.
Do keep us posted how things go with the engineer
Cheers,
Robbie
Well the engineer said not enough line speed and bt sport would never work. bt now say there is a network fault and are going to arrange for a network engineer visit. So it continues....
So, still no sport on tv and no contact from network engineers. Customer care have accepted that bt is not providing the service payed for, but now left in limbo. Told to switch everything off and back on again and wait for phonecall. That was last wednesday. Clearly bt are happy to take the money but not the responsibility.
Hi @robert8474 and thanks for posting.
Has the sports on TV ever worked? Did it work initially and then stop working?
Cheers
David
The sport worked last year, hub 4, and also during the summer, hub6, but now doesn't. It tells me what is on, then goes black screen, then loses internet connection.
That doesn't sound good @robert8474.
I'll be happy to take a look at this for you. Can you please drop me over an email with your details? You'll get the contact the moderators link in my profile. We're very busy at present so it's taking longer than expected to reply but once you submit the details we'll get to you in turn.
Cheers
