Can someone please tell me what's going on?
Have been watching the Forum since Saturday and followed most of the advice,with out success.
When I called BT last night, a friendly Indian gentleman eventually linked to my PC, poked around for an hour, did everything I had already done a dozen times and then gave up!
He agreed that the fault did not appear to be my end but with the server.
I use XP Home SP3, have tried Chrome, IE8, Firefox and yes Silverlight is loaded and enabled - reinstalled at least three times.
It works fine on bitstream test site.
BT now seem to be avoiding the issue is there anyone else with the samer problem - 6030 VC019
