BT Sport picture break up Help

Scenario.

rejoined BT TV. Picture break up on original box, solved by a factory reset.

upgraded to HD and got BT Box Pro.

worked like a dream till yesterday. HD unwatchable SD fine. 

rebooted box, router etc no avail. Speedtest fine steady at 24mbps.

factory reset box. No alteration still unwatchable HD.

Frustrated. Have now put in a cancel order for HD. 

Any advice? BT Sport streams perfectly on TV via app and via Apple TV in HD.

Is there a second Youview box connected to your line ?

@zulu17  Nope. Think I just solved it by rebooting the powerline adapters.
