At the beginning of the year I shifted from Virgin to BT Infinity chiefly in order to have the BT Sport channels. I have a Sky box through which BT sport channels have been received without difficulty until two weeks ago, when the signal diminished to the point where neither BT sport 1 or BT sport 2 were watchable because the pictures are freezing and sound keeps disappearing.
I contacted BT who told me the problem was with Sky to because they supply the signal. Sky told me that, as the only channels that are affected are the two BT sport channels, plainly the problem is caused by BT.
After hours of telephone ping pong between the two service providers I am no further forward. I tend to agree with Sky; my other channels are fine, so plainly BT are letting me down somewhere.
Regardless, neither service provider seems interested in helping me.
I would be grateful for some guidance regarding how to move forward.
