BT Sport wants me to upgrade after paying for monthly pass!

Just paid for monthly pass to be able to watch UFC vegas 31 which is about to take place in like 2 hours. Everytime I press on the live event it tells me I need to upgrade!!!! Anyone knows how to solve this???

Hi @OsamaMohammad, welcome to the forum and sorry you had this problem when trying to watch the UFC on the monthly pass. 

It can take a bit of time from when your order is placed until the channels become available but they should have been available in plenty of time for you to watch the UFC. Did it work ok for you to watch the event?
