BT Sport with MaxHD

Hi,

I'm still on the old Max HD package with BT sport for free. If I was to change to one of BT's new 'base packages', would I lose HD and BT sport and have to add them back on at a cost?

The VIP package includes BT Sport and HD, along with Sky Sports, Entertainment channels and Sky Cinema.
Big Sport includes BT Sport and Sky Sports, HD would be a £5 monthly addon.
Any other package BT Sport is £15 as a monthly addon and HD £5 as a monthly addon.
