BT Sports not working with Netgear D7000v2 modem/router

I can't get BT Sports to show on my YouView box. It works OK with HH5 but not with my new Netgear router.

It is the latest firmware . BT online help was no help.

Not sure what other settings can be changed. I have spent many hours trying things out.

I found a reference to an earlier D7000 model that says uncheck IGMP proxy. I did that.

It also says "select support for BT IGMP" but my D7000v2 does not have this option.

Anybody had success with this?

Is there an option to select IGMP snooping? If so, select it, otherwise it is possible you need to update the firmware.

There is "IGMP proxy" but no "IGMP snooping" to my knowledge.

Firmware is the latest V1.0.0.51.
