To cut a long story short, I finally thought I'd had my billing issue sorted a month ago a refund was process and the account correct, now on my latest bill BT have kindly added all the charges and taken the refund previously issue back.
I've logged a call and was given a reference and told someone would contact me in 24 hours still no contact.
This being the second billing issue, please can someone advise how I serve notice as this is now told incompetence on BT part.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
