BT Store suggestion

I know BT Store has an extensive library of TV box sets and films, I was thinking why don't BT launch a monthly subscription to watch the box sets online instead of charging for individual rental. Would there be a rights issue though? If not then I think it would be a great idea, I would pay for it and use it more than if I had to pay to rent things individually.

Re: BT Store suggestion

They used to charge £5  extra per month for a BT Film/TV box set service 2 years ago as I used to also have the extra service but they stoped it a few months after they started offering Netflix.

All of the resent films and films from the last 2 years that BT show have always been on PPV.

Re: BT Store suggestion

BT never had the subscriber numbers to compete with the big players for the distribution deals for older movies and box sets.  So they just kept losing content.  Eventually, they gave up and did a deal with Netflix.

Now the only stuff available is recent movies on pay-per-view.
