BT Synergy 5500 handset AGAIN

Hi There.

I am going to give my handset a new breath of life by changing the batteries. Will removing the old ones result in a loss of any information already set up on this handset i.e stored numbers or time of day etc?

Most phones retain the numbers in flash memory, but the time will normally have to be reset.

Thanks but was also thinking about loss of Registration or doesn't that apply?

Handset registration is not normally affected. If you think about it, the batteries may go flat if it was left on, so important data is retained.
