Hi I’ve recently had to change my BT login password. But every time I put the new password with the matching BT Id, it comes up on BT sport and BT TV apps as incorrect. I’ve logged in to My Bt account using the same details and all ok With BT Sport App I get an error code of (ID0006) With BT TV App I get We can not log you in. Please check details and try again . (AJ931)Please can anyone help

Hi @d0ris282 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Just to check you are able to view your online account ok but cannot access the BT Sport or BT TV apps? If that is correct are you using your email address as your login name?
