BT TV Arrived today - can't access any BT channels, iPhone BT TV app error & bt tv desktop error

Hi,

 

Had bt tv delivered today, with order completing today. Had a text 7am saying bt tv has been activated and ready for use. Plugged it all in after delivered about 10am and set it up. If I view any BT channels, it launchs a page saying my subscription doesn't cover them (im on Total Entertainment). 

 

If i launch bt tv player app, I just get an advert, advertising bt tv player. If i launch the iPhone BT TV app, I get

 

"It appears that TV everywhere is not activated on your account yet (TVE_A913)"

 

If i load https://tv.bt.com/secure/interstitial?redirectURL=https://tv.bt.com/secure/watchtv, I get

 

"15004

It appears that TV Everywhere is not activated on your account yet."

 

I have tried live chat, and they say it is an issue with the broabdand connection. I find this hard to believe as even on my phone on 3g, I can't launch the player. 

 

Horrible experience first day, support just do not seem to listen to what I'm telling them.
