BT TV Contract Renewal

Hello

I received a letter a couple of weeks ago saying that I could renew my Entertainment Plus pack for the same price as my current subscription. I have gone to the link to renew it but I'm unsure where to go to renew the contract for my BT TV. I did click on one link but that had an option to keep the same subscription that I currently have.  I did come back out of there though. Please could you tell me where to go to renew my BT TV contract?
