BT TV Contract Renewal

I have noticed that my BT TV contract is coming to an end soon and I'm wondering how do I renew my BT TV contract.

You should be able to do it through www.bt.com/mybt or you can call the loyalty team on 0800 800 150.

When I've checked through the packages for my BT TV, it says that I have to pay £10 a month for BT Sport but I thought BT Sport is free if you have a BT Broadband and Landline package and if I have agreed a new BT TV contract.

BT Sport on BTTV is £10 per month, It's not been free for many years or unless you have 1 of the top 2 tier BTTV packages.

There are discussions about it, currently no provider is obliged to do so, the onus rests on the customer to make a note of when it ends, based on when it starts and the duration.
You can also check in www.bt.com/mybt for previous orders, your bill also lists the contract duration.

How to view your contract terms

First of all you need to go to this page. https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and on the top right there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"
