I recently changed my BT TV package to BT Entertainment, and provided my existing Now TV login details as part of the order process. I received an email to say that the order was complete, however I still do not have access to the Now TV entertainment channels. When I go on the BT website and look at my order details it is still showing as an open order, including a box saying "Activate Account". When I click in this it takes me to the Now TV update password page. I have updated my password, but it still does not seem to have linked my Now TV account to my BT account.

Ok. Just that a few people have had a similar problem and the common denominator seems to be Sky and EE email addresses. Gmail addresses are fine.

Can you call Customer Service on 0800 800 150 and they will be able to help you activate the account?

Your issue should be fixed now, if you want it to work right now, do a software update check from the settings on the Youview box. If you don't do this now, the box should pick it up tonight in standby and be available early hours in the morning.
I’d never link accounts . You lose your cancel / discounted offer to stay that you’d get by just using NOWTV.
How do you unlink an account from my BT account so that I can use another Now TV account with it?
As it turns out that my sons NOW TV was used during setup instead of mine....
