I'm sorry you're not receiving AMC HD as part of your BT TV package. This is something I'll be able to help with. I've sent you a PM with details on how you can contact the Team.

I am happy that we have been able to get the AMC channel added correctly to your account. It needed to be added separately to the rest of your channels. I am sorry that it wasn't done in the first place.
