BT TV and Netflix

 

 

Guys,

 

I am pulling my hair out. I suscribed for Netflix via BT ...6 weeks later .. Still no Netflix .. so many calls to the BT support center ... transfered all over the place .. and world .. promised fix times not met ... promised phone backs  not made, Twitter tweet not replied to.

 

Where do i go from here ...?

 

any thoughts ?

I had similar problems. Ended up contacting Netflix direct using the chat on their website. Turned out BT had given them the wrong e-mail address. It could be something that simple..
